As part of corporate image, please ensure the following guidelines for all digital channels such as setting up of Email Accounts and/or Skype ID.

1. Family Name to be written in CAP
2. No short form/unofficial alias, e.g. no such thing as “Paddy” if registered name is
   “Jonathon”
3. How the name appear in inbox, e.g. Mary WONG
4. Cap for “R” and “C” for email or website domains like Raffles-College

Example

Email: FirstnameLASTNAME@REC (e.g. MaryWONG@Raffles-College.edu.sg)
Account Name: Firstname LASTNAME (e.g. Mary WONG)
Skype ID: Raffles Acronym – Firstname LASTNAME (e.g. RSG – Mary WONG, not rsg.marywong)
