Registration Number

Under the Singapore Companies Act, it is compulsory for all Singapore registered companies under Raffles Education Corporation Limited to include both the company name and its registration number in a legible form on letterheads and invoices.

The name of the company shall appear in legible romanised letters on:

• its seal; and
• all business letters, statements of account, invoices, official notices, publications, bills of exchange, promissory notes, indorsements, cheques, orders, receipts and letters of credit of or purporting to be issued or be signed by or on behalf of the company

Logo Endorsement

Singapore colleges that are accredited by Council for Private Education (CPE) should display the Edutrust logo on its business cards, letterheads and envelopes.
