As the ‘face’ and ‘voice’ of Raffles’ first touch point, it is crucial to leave a great first impression! We should be friendly, confident, a great listener, prompt and professional at all times and maintain a good body language.
When carrying out promotional activities or interactions, we should adopt a clear communication, be knowledgeable in promoting Raffles’ products, have integrity, respond swiftly and attentively to students/client requests.
Academic Team
A great teacher is engaging and holds the attention of students in all discussions. Raffles Creative Practitioners are looked upon as role models by Raffles students. Besides being knowledgeable in your field, we must help students to build their confidence, motivate them and uncover their potential through industry exposure such as participation in challenging projects or competitions and field trips.
Student Services
While assisting students in various capacities, helping them to overcome any obstacles in their path to a great education, we must be a good listener, show professionalism, maintain confidentiality of records and be sympathetic when dealing with sensitive information.
Centre of Professional Development (CPD)
We must ensure that our alumni is socially responsible, successful and employable. We must provide seamless interface between industries and our alumni, forge extensive strategic alliance with the industry and fulfill the career goal of our graduates.
